Driven by my natural empathy, I found my calling in psychology, eager to lend a helping hand to those in need. As a career counsellor, Ive focused on supporting teens and spreading awareness about career options and mental health.

With my education in psychology, Im dedicated to using evidence-based methods to bring lasting positive changes to my clients lives. My approach is interactive, filled with relatable examples and creative activities. I believe in being open and transparent throughout our journey together. In career counselling, I recognise the importance of aptitude, interest, and personality, yet I also understand that knowing ones life journey, goals, and value system can be equally pivotal in charting a fulfilling path forward. I welcome clients of all ages but especially enjoy working with young adults, guiding them as they navigate lifes challenges and discover their potential.
